Every year the National American Legion mails dues renewal notices to all members who are not, Paid-Up-For-Life or a Post Honorary Life member.
On the image above there is an important date to look at. It is the "AS OF" date. That is the cut off date when National begins to print renewals for our 2 million plus members.
National asks that you return your renewal close to the "reply by" date to avoid receiving another dues notice.
To avoid receiving a duplicate renewal notice due to delays in mail transit, picking up from the PO Box and processing by the Post, we recommend that you renew online at www.legion.org/membership. It is a secure site, most credits cards will refund fraudulent payments if necessary.
By paying through National, Post 295 will still receive our portion of the dues so that we can continue with our Programs and assist veterans.
